We are looking for professional experienced Coordinators with a proven track record in delivering a high-quality service to join our talent pool and be the first to know about new temp, contract, and permanent vacancies for a number of organizations based in and around Wellington Central.

About our Roles

A number of our roles are based in Wellington Central, however, we also have clients located in the southern suburbs, in the Hutt, and in Porirua for some roles as well. 

We’re looking for someone with previous Coordinator experience, who thrives in busy and varied roles.

Your skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
• Previous programme/project coordination or similar support role experience
• Ability to work effectively and independently across multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proven ability to work with a range of systems, technologies, and applications
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel
• High level of communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Public sector experience preferred
