General main duties include:

• Verification and assurance of the payroll data received via HR workflows
• Processing, reconciliation and reporting of the on-cycle and off-cycle pay runs
• Administering of ACC, Superannuation, and Deductions
• Processing and reconciliation of Final Pays and Overpayments
• Ensure these activities can be delivered accurately and on-time, ensuring compliance with all payroll-related legislation.

 

Please apply now if you have:

• Previous Payroll Coordination experience in New Zealand
• Understanding of payroll legislation, including the Holidays Act, PAYE, ACC, and Kiwisaver
• Experience with payroll software
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Excel
