You will be doing end to end HR advisory work.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

• At least two years previous experience working as an HR Advisor 
• Previous ER experience 
• Strong understanding of employment legislation 
• Strong relationship building skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
