Fixed Term opportunity for an outgoing and positive individual looking to gain experience in the Healthcare sector.

Based in Newtown, the role is on a rotating roster made up of day time and night time shifts. Rosters are given 11 weeks in advance which allows you the freedom to plan your days ahead. If you like the idea of having long weekends here and there then this may be the job for you.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP. This is also a good opportunity to get your foot in the door and potentially open up other opportunities in the health care world.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a call centre environment preferred
• Ability to take ownership accountability and responsibility for the role.
• Ability to maintain patient and office confidentiality in line with the Privacy Act
• Good computer skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Customer focused attitude

Someone well-suited to the role will place a high value on the following:

• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Integrity and Trust
• Demonstrates an eye for detail, accuracy and confidentiality
• Works extremely well under pressure
