We are currently recruiting for an exciting Team Leader opportunity with a leading organisation providing mental health, addiction and community based support services in Aotearoa.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fully registered health professional with strong leadership experience and a genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals and live the lives they choose.

 About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting a multidisciplinary team
• Providing guidance, coaching and professional leadership
• Supporting high-quality, person-centred service delivery
• Building strong relationships with tāngata whaiora, whānau and stakeholders
• Supporting staff wellbeing, development and performance
• Promoting a culture of recovery, empowerment and inclusion
• Supporting quality, health and safety and compliance requirements

 About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current full New Zealand professional registration
• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Senior or leadership position
• Experience within mental health, addiction, disability, healthcare or community services
• Confidence leading and supporting a diverse team
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must have valid New Zealand working rights
