We’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead essential community and social services across Auckland. You’ll lead teams supporting people experiencing  addiction and mental health challenges.

Role:

• Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, funders, and community partners.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards across quality, compliance, risk, and health & safety.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and staff development.
• Assist with budgeting, resource management, and operational planning.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and improve service delivery.

About you

• Proven experience in operations, service management, and senior leadership.
• Have Full Registration a Clinical Qualification and APC
• Experience within social services, mental health, AOD.
• Experience working with vulnerable people and communities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial, operational, and strategic thinking.
• Confidence managing complex situations and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of quality, compliance, risk, and health & safety.
• Valid NZ working rights
