Our client is proudly kiwi owned and operated and they're growing fast! They are looking for a practical, hands-on Spa Pool Technician to join their team to service the wider Auckland region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and getting out on the road each day.

You don't need previous spa pool experience—they are happy to provide training for the right person. We welcome applicants from a wide range of trade and technical backgrounds, some examples include:

• General Handyman 
• Mechanic
• Plumber
• Electrician

About the Role

As a Spa Pool Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, installing, and maintaining spa pools for residential and commercial customers across wider Auckland. 

Your duties will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing faults
• Servicing pumps, heaters, control systems, and filtration equipment
• Water testing and treatment advice
• Installing new spa pools and equipment
• Conducting routine maintenance visits
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate service records

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Be mechanically minded and enjoy troubleshooting
• Have strong practical skills and experience working with tools
• Be reliable, self-motivated, and organised
• Have good communication and customer service skills
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Hold a current driver's licence with a clean police record 
• Be physically fit 
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Be a reliable and trustworthy person
