Our client is health and social services organisation, providing health and community services accross the Waikato.
About the opportunity:
You’ll be part of a dedicated HR team delivering responsive, practical, and people-focused support. This role provides end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes incuding screening candidates, writing and posting adverts, short list, and assist managers with interview prep and post placement care
- Coordinate onboarding activities
- Prepare employment agreements, offers, and contract variations
- Contribute to health and safety practices and initiatives
Your background will include:
- Previous end to end recruitment experience - this is a must
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- An understanding of basic te reo Māori (preferred)
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- NZ citizenship or permanent residency
