Our client is looking for a proactive and adaptable Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a short-term, part-time basis. This role has arisen to support a temporary reduction in hours within the team and will play a key role in keeping their recruitment processes running smoothly.

This opportunity would see you based onsite at their offices in Greenlane. This role is fixed term for 2-3 months. 

This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment experience, or a strong administrator with excellent communication skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The work is primarily focused on high-volume hiring for community based roles, this type of recruitment is very fast paced. 

Working Hours

  • 3 days per week (approx. 8:30am–5:00pm)
  • Monday and Tuesday are essential
  • Friday preferred (flexible for the right candidate)

About the Role
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to support end-to-end recruitment activities. This is a varied role with a mix of coordination, administration, and candidate interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Posting job advertisements via their ATS (BambooHR) and external platforms such as Seek and Trade Me
  • Assisting with CV screening and conducting phone interviews (approx. 5–9 per week)
  • Initiating reference checks through SkillSurvey
  • Reviewing candidate documentation and following up on outstanding information
  • Preparing and issuing employment offers
  • Providing general recruitment and administrative support as required

About You

  • Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Alternatively, strong administrative experience with excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Confident using multiple systems and able to pick up new technology quickly
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing workloads
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
