Principal Analyst

 

Our client, a leading government agency, is looking for an experienced Principal Analyst to join their established policy team. They are looking for someone who is used to leading major pieces of work as well as assisting the Manager in the mentoring and continued development of the team. This work will involve complex pieces of work and the need to engage effectively with other government agencies and ministers.

 

To be successful in this role you should possess the following experience:

·         Experience of developing regulatory policy across the entire cycle

·         Providing high quality strategic leadership across a range of issues

·         Working with Ministers, Cabinet and Select Committees

·         Mentoring and coaching staff to aid their development and depth of the team

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills as well as ability to work with and across other government agencies
