Practice Leader – Gambling and AML Services                                                                                                                                                                                                             Auckland

 

Our client, a core government agency, is looking to recruit for a key role to help lift frontline practice and performance. It will be responsible for ensuring key responsive, risk-based approaches, tools and processes are delivered and applied across the Regulatory Services Group. This role will support the Manager and Director of Operations and liaise with key stakeholders across the business and wider organisations.

 

You will possess the following attributes:

 

·      Strategic thinker with the ability to identify risks, trends and help shape effective regulatory processes

·         Experience in AML/CFT or financial compliance/risk

·         Ability to coach and mentor junior staff to help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team. ic thinker with the ability to identify risks, trends and help shape effective regulatory processes
