We're looking for a registered Mental Health Nurse to join a community-based team delivering early intervention support across Taranaki. This full-time, permanent role focuses on working alongside individuals and whānau following a first presentation to mental health services, helping them access the right support through a recovery-focused, culturally responsive approach.

What you'll need:

• Current Nursing Council of New Zealand registration and APC
• At least 2 years' mental health nursing experience
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A full New Zealand driver's licence
• An understanding of Māori models of health and culturally responsive practice
