The opportunity
Our client is a well-established purpose driven organisation in the Healthcare sector who are looking to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, people focused enviroment. This is an exciting opportuinty to play a key role in shaping workforce growth and delivering a seamless recruitment expereince across a diverse portfolio of roles. This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, hybrid working - 3 days in the office in Greenlane and 2 days WFH!
About the Role
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while contributing to broader talent initiatives. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys balancing high-volume hiring with strategic recruitment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment across a mix of high volume and specialist roles
- Post and manage job adverts across multiple platforms ( including ATS and job boards)
- Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Facilitate reference checks and ensure all candidate documentation is complete
- Prepare and issue employement offers
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and dashboards used across the organisation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function
About You
- 3-4+ years' experience in recruitment
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio, including volume and mid to senior roles
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Tech- Savvy, with experience using ATS/HRIS systems (experience with multiple platforms is a plus)
- Comfortable working with data and using Excel for reporting and insights
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic enviroment
- Experience in healthcare or a similar sector will be advantageous
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
