Background:
A Change Manager is required to oversee multiple projects that involve significant technology and system changes, process improvements, and user migration. This role will focus on managing the change processes across various initiatives, ensuring effective communication, user readiness, and smooth transitions.

Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth transitions.

Previous experience in managing technology refresh projects is advantageous.

Proficiency in widely-recognised change management methodologies (e.g., the Change Management Institute's Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) as part of the APMG International Change Management ™ certification).

Exceptional facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage risks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with goals.

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
