Job Title: Planning and Performance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Planning & Performance Manager to support strategic planning, organisational performance, governance, and service improvement initiatives within a complex healthcare environment.
This role will work closely with senior leaders to develop performance frameworks, monitor key operational metrics, support executive decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across multiple services. You will be responsible for planning processes, performance reporting, audit coordination, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring strategic objectives are translated into measurable outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring experience in health sector operations, service improvement, programme governance, planning, performance management, or organisational development, along with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
