Delivery Lead – SAP ERP Transformation

Role Purpose

Project Plus is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our consulting team and lead the successful delivery of a large-scale ERP transformation programme. Working as part of a collaborative delivery team, you will be responsible for driving planning, coordination, and execution across business and technology workstreams, ensuring the programme delivers measurable business outcomes.

This role requires a strong delivery professional with experience leading complex ERP implementations, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful transition into business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP transformation initiatives across multiple business workstreams.
• Develop and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and reporting.
• Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and project resources to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
• Drive programme governance, delivery reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure business readiness and successful transition into operational support.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve delivery challenges, and manage competing priorities.
• Work closely with change management teams to support adoption and implementation.
• Ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks.

Key Experience

• Proven experience leading large ERP transformation or enterprise application programmes.
• Strong delivery background across complex business and technology environments.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of programme governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.
