Delivery Lead – End User Focus (6-Month Contract)

Project Plus is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to lead the end-user delivery stream of a large-scale technology transformation programme. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on ensuring operational readiness, business continuity, and successful technology transition for a large end-user environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-user technology delivery workstream across a complex transformation programme.
• Establish and maintain clear scope boundaries to ensure critical delivery milestones are achieved on time.
• Drive operational readiness, business continuity, and successful go-live outcomes.
• Lead post-implementation improvements and continuous optimisation activities.
• Deliver ServiceNow initiatives, including automation and workflow improvements.
• Implement and operationalise IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Coordinate End User Computing (EUC) readiness, including laptops, mobile devices, meeting room technology and associated end-user services.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience leading complex technology delivery programmes.
• Strong ServiceNow delivery experience (essential).
• Hands-on experience delivering and operationalising IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience managing End User Computing (EUC) deployments and readiness.
• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 and broader Microsoft ecosystem projects is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and delivery leadership skills.
• Ability to manage tight delivery deadlines while maintaining clear scope and governance.

Working Arrangement

• 6-month contract.
• Hybrid working model with three days on-site in Auckland and two days working remotely.
