We are seeking a Operations Manager to manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase order through to warehouse receipt, within a fast-paced New Zealand-based operation.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the full purchasing and inventory lifecycle, ensuring stock availability, accurate system records, and effective supplier coordination. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, solid technical capability, and confidence working across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, suppliers, freight, and 3PL partners
• Maintain ERP data, purchase orders, costs, and delivery schedules
• Monitor stock levels, forecasting, and inventory risks
• Track invoices and support payment processes
• Assist with pricing updates and freight quotes
• Support product lifecycle decisions and cross-team coordination

About You

• Alteast 5 years of expereince in Procurement, Logistics and Operations
• Practical, hands-on, and comfortable working in an operational environment
• Strong attention to detail with confidence working with data and systems
• Technically capable, with experience using ERP and planning systems
• Strong communicator and effective team player
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management
