Job Title: Administrator– Manufacturing
Location: Lower Hutt, Wellington
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
The Admin Assistant will provide essential support to the manufacturing and operations teams, handling general administration, processing documentation, and assisting with process optimisation. This role is vital to keeping our business operations efficient and organised.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the manufacturing team

Process orders, invoices, and other operational documentation

Maintain accurate records and databases

Assist with scheduling and coordination of production and deliveries

Support process improvement initiatives to streamline operations

Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers/clients as required

Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements:

Previous experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management systems

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proactive, adaptable, and a team-oriented mindset
