We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Manager to support our Public Sector recruitment team. Working closely with our 2 consultants, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and assessing high-quality candidates while building a strong talent pool that will contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys relationship building, candidate engagement, and making a real impact behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and selection of candidates for contracting, fixed-term and permanent roles using a variety of recruitment channels
• Online and face-to-face interviewing appropriate candidates using TJG model to assess motivations and expectations as well as competency and skills
• Preparing quality candidate profiles
• Identify and maintain a pool of ‘ready to go’ candidates for future opportunities
• Complete verbal reference checks and prepare detailed reports
• Provide ongoing support and back up to TJG consultants during period of leave or absence

You’ll be someone who:

• Has previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or candidate engagement
• Is confident building relationships and communicating with candidates, over the phone and in person
• Has excellent interviewing, organisational and time management skills
• Has some knowledge of the public sector
• Is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment
