Calling all Senior and Principal policy professionals! Following the announcement of election this year we are preparing for some busy weeks ahead.

We’re currently recruiting for a number of policy professionals across a variety of government agencies. Our clients are looking for people with a strong policy background who will lead and support the development and delivery of high profile, innovative, evidence-based policy intervention projects.

Key areas of experience required:

·     Strong policy analysis and development skills

·     Ability to provide advice to ministers and senior leaders

·     Machinery of government

·     Strategic, operational or regulatory policy

·     Experience supporting or leading the legislative process

·     Experience working in regulatory environments

·     Working with official correspondence and ministerial servicing teams

·     Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills

·     Delivery focused, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity

·     Exemplary communication skills

·     Strong writing skills – ability to write policy documents including cabinet papers, briefings, ministerial briefings

·     Knowledge or experience of the consultation process

·     Cross-agency project experience
