An exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to support significant policy and regulatory stewardship and reform initiatives within the public sector.

Working across two key programmes, you’ll coordinate delivery, manage risks and reporting, and work closely with policy teams and senior stakeholders to progress important regulatory work.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate programme activities, workstreams, milestones and risks.
• Develop dashboards, data visualisations and reporting for senior leaders.
• Bring together complex information to track progress and support decision-making.
• Build strong relationships across policy, technical and regulatory teams.
• Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and legislative review planning.

About you:

• Proven programme management and delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience preparing dashboards, programme reporting and ability to bring data together and create good visualisations.
• Understanding of government processes, policy development and regulatory stewardship.
• Experience working with regulatory systems or within the justice sector would be an advantage.

Hours: Ideally full-time; but potentially some flexibility
Salary: $130 to 170 k – may be some flexibility for the right candidate
