Position Title:  Plasterer

Location: Hawkes Bay, New Zealand

Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Plasterers to join our construction team in Hawkes Bay. The role involves preparing and applying plaster, cement, and other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and surfaces for residential and commercial projects. Candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents

• Mix and apply plaster, cement, and finishing materials

• Smooth and level surfaces using hand and power tools

• Repair cracks, holes, and damaged plaster surfaces

• Install plasterboard and decorative mouldings when required

• Ensure work is completed to a high-quality standard

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and organized

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other construction workers

Requirements:

• Previous plastering or construction experience preferred

• Valid Site Safe certification

• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to relocate to Hawkes Bay if required

• NZ Resident, Citizen, or Open Work Visa holder preferably
