Senior Business Analyst – 6-Month Contract | Wellington

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support two concurrent transformation initiatives within a central government environment.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage complex requirements, engage stakeholders, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Role: Senior Business Analyst
• Location: Wellington (on-site presence required)
• Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
• Start: ASAP
• Utilisation: 100%

·          Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation

·          Experience with traceability from business needs through to delivery

·          Ability to define and shape high-level requirements and problem statements

·          Initiative, self-management and a solution-focused mindset

·          Confidence explaining and championing Business Analysis best practice
