The role is leading a team of payroll professionals. This role leads the payroll function for the organisation. 

This position is located in Christchurch.

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

• At least three years previous experience working as a Payroll Manager 
• At least six years working in the payroll sector 
• Strong systems and HRIS experience
• Proven experience using payroll systems 
• The ability to lead the payroll function 
• Leadership and management experience 
• Excellent relationship building skills
