We are currently seeking a Housing Manager based in Wellington for a not for profit organisation that do important and meaningful work. This role is leading and supporting housing in the Wellington and Napier regions. 

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate that you possess the following:

-Strong community housing experience

-Strong leadership experience managing direct reports 

-Community housing planning experience 

-The ability to handle HR matters 

A full drivers license is essential 

A tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
