Our client is a small public sector organisation who are looking for an Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function of the organisation. 

This role has one direct report shared with another manager in the organisation. 

You will be working with people who love what they do in an exciting and fast paced working environment where no two days are the same!

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have:

• One years previous experience working as a Human Resources Manager or four years previous experience working as a Senior HR Advisor 
• Strong relationship building skills
• Strong HR change management experience 
• Strong ER experience 
• Knowledge of New Zealand employment law
