The role is permanent supporting a busy people and culture team located in the Bay of Plenty region. 

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

• At least one years previous experience working as an HR Advisor 
• An understanding of employment relations 
• A qualification in Human Resources is highly desirable 
• A strong relationship builder
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
