This role is located in the Wellington Region and has no direct reports. 

To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate:

• At least one years experience working as a Senior Procurement Specialist
• A strong understanding of contract management 
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent negotiation skills
• An understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi
