We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinician to join a community-focused health and wellbeing service in South Auckland. We welcome applications from qualified professionals in Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or related disciplines.

About the Role
As a Clinician, you will provide assessment, intervention, and therapeutic support services to clients experiencing a range of health, mental health, addiction, and social challenges. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, community partners, and whānau to deliver person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop support plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Support clients and whānau to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Participate in case reviews, supervision, and continuous improvement activities.
About You
- Relevant clinical qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Current registration with the relevant professional body and a current practising certificate.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health, addiction, or complex social challenges.
- Strong communication, engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to culturally responsive practice.
- Full New Zealand Driver's Licence.
- Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Resident Visa holders.
