We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to support a leading Mental Health and Wellbeing organisation delivering integrated services on the Shore.

About the Role

As a  Mental Health Nurse, you will provide recovery-focused support within a residential faclity. You will play a key role in supporting long-term wellbeing outcomes through clinical care, coordination, and meaningful engagement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments
• Follow and implement recovery-focused care plans
• Deliver residential-based mental health nursing support
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing case management
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Build trusted, culturally safe relationships with whānau and community

 About You

• Registered Nurse with current NZ APC
• Experience in mental health nursing 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council
