2 x Medical Receptionists – Mount Eden | Full-Time & Part-Time

Join a busy, long-standing specialist imaging clinic in Mount Eden, known for its supportive team culture and strong focus on patient care. This well-established clinic is currently undergoing an exciting period of upgrades, including a transition from Comrad to Voyager software. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced healthcare environment where you will support both patients and clinicians while working with evolving systems and processes.

We are currently recruiting for two Medical Receptionists:

1 x Full-Time – Monday to Friday

1 x Part-Time – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

About the role:

• Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
• Booking and managing appointments
• Handling calls, emails, and referrals
• Supporting clinical and admin teams
• Maintaining accurate patient records

 What we’re looking for:

• Medical reception or healthcare admin experience
• Strong organisation and communication skill
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Confident learning new systems
• Mandarin language skills advantageous
• You must have valid NZ working rights to be considered for this role.
