We have multiple permanent AOD Practitioner opportunities available across Auckland.

Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide recovery-focused case management to individuals experiencing alcohol and other drug (AOD) challenges and co-existing needs. You will build strong therapeutic relationships, complete holistic assessments, develop recovery plans, coordinate care, advocate for clients, and connect them with the services they need to achieve sustainable outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Registered AOD Practitioner, Social Worker or Counsellor in New Zealand.
• Current FULL registration with SWRB, DAPAANZ or NZAC
• Proven experience working in alcohol and other drug (AOD) services or addiction support.
• Strong case management and client engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A full New Zealand Driver Licence.
• Current New Zealand working rights.
