Our client is a dermatology clinic based in The mount Maunganui and they are in need of an experienced receptionist to cover casual shifts when required - covering sick and annual leave.

Regular hours for the practice are 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri.

To be considered for this assignment you will need to have experience using Med Tech Evolution Practice Management Software.

The Role:

• Full reception duties, answering phones, meet and greet etc
• Scheduling new appointments
• Assisting with running clinics
• Other admin duties as required

The Candidate:

• Previous Medical Experience is a must
• Experience using Med Tech Evolution Practice Management Software.
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
• A motivated, professional, and flexible approach to work
