We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a health sector organisation through a period of programme and service development.  Starting mid to Late-January this role is likely full time hours for 3 months with likely extension working part time hours to conclude the project.

Working closely with management and staff, you will help develop options for new programmes, support the re-orientation of existing teams, and assist with the implementation of approved change initiatives. The role will also involve identifying and supporting relevant HR processes associated with change.

About you:

• Proven experience in change management, ideally within health or public sector

• Strong stakeholder engagement and implementation skills

• Confident supporting workforce and HR-related change

This is a hands-on contract role based in Takapuna, starting mid to late January for 3–6 months.
