An opportunity is available for a reliable and customer-focused Carpark Attendant to join a large, well-established organisation based in Grafton. This is a full-time role running through to the end of December, with an immediate start.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for visitors entering the carpark, responsible for managing access and ensuring spaces are used appropriately. The role involves standing at the carpark entrance, engaging with drivers, and confirming they are visiting the site rather than working on-site. Staff will be politely redirected to alternative parking options.

During quieter periods, you will support the wider team with additional tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with all drivers entering the carpark
• Confirm visitor status and manage entry accordingly
• Provide clear directions and information in a professional manner
• Redirect staff to designated parking areas
• Assist with general duties during quieter periods
• Maintain a friendly and approachable presence at all times
