We are seeking an experienced Medical Administrator to join a busy private medical clinic in Remuera for a 6-week temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional healthcare environment and can hit the ground running.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 32.5 hours per week
About the Role
As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide exceptional administrative support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments using Cliniko
- Responding to patient enquiries via phone and email
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- General administrative and reception support
- Assisting with other office duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a medical administration or medical reception role
- Essential: Experience using Cliniko
- Desirable: Experience using Elixir
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment
- A professional, friendly, and compassionate approach
