Are you an organised and proactive Project Coordinator/Team Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an experienced professional to join a busy Infrastructure team supporting the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of healthcare infrastructure projects.

About the Role

As the Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery, governance and reporting across a range of infrastructure initiatives. You'll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects remain organised, on schedule and well communicated.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating multiple infrastructure projects and initiatives
  • Preparing project documentation, reports and executive updates
  • Maintaining project schedules, action registers and governance documentation
  • Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Tracking project milestones, risks, issues and deliverables
  • Supporting project reporting through project management systems
  • Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and project planning
  • Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing high-level administrative support to senior management and project teams
  • Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring documentation is current

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator/Team Administration role
  • At least 2 years' experience working within the health, community, infrastructure or construction sectors
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence preparing reports, coordinating meetings and managing documentation
  • High attention to detail and excellent administrative capability
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using project management systems such as Daptiv, Planview or similar would be highly regarded
  • An understanding of working within complex stakeholder environments
