About the Role

Based in Ellerslie, you'll join a small, focused finance team of three, working alongside a Senior Financial Analyst and reporting into the programme's financial leadership. As part of on the team, you'll play a hands-on role supporting the financial backbone of a major programme from the ground up.

 Key Responsibilities

• Programme budgeting — supporting the development and maintenance of budgets across the programme
• Programme forecasting — assisting with forecast preparation, tracking, and variance analysis
• Detailed resource planning — building and maintaining resourcing models to support programme delivery
• Assistance with commercial activities — providing analytical support across commercial and procurement-related work

 About You

• Experience in a financial analyst or similar role, ideally within a large programme, project, or capital works environment
• Strong Excel/financial modelling skills and comfort working with large datasets
• A methodical, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Health sector or public sector experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a small, close-knit team
