We have a number of healthcare clients based in Auckland who are in regular need of experienced medical receptionists to cover casual shifts when required - covering sick and annual leave and busy periods.

Usual hours are around 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.

To be considered for this casual work you will need to have experience using either Profile Practice Management Software or Medtech.

The general duties of the role:

• Full reception duties, answering phones, meet and greet etc
• Scheduling new appointments
• Assisting with running clinics
• Other admin duties as required

The Candidate:

• Previous Medical Reception Experience is a must
• Experience using Profile Practice Management Software or Medtech.
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
• A motivated, professional, and flexible approach to work
