We’re looking for a Corrections Clinical Lead to guide and inspire a talented team working across South and Central Auckland. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support and grow a dedicated group of practitioners delivering transformative work within corrections environments.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and empower AOD, Peer Support, and Wairua/Rongoā Practitioners
• Deliver assessments, brief interventions, and group programmes with care and integrity
• Champion Te Ao Māori values and trauma-informed, restorative practice
• Collaborate closely with Corrections and Mahitahi Trust to ensure seamless, person-centred care
• Drive quality improvement, service design, and clinical excellence across the service

What you’ll bring:

• Clinical registration and proven experience in addiction or mental health practice
• Strong leadership capability with a genuine passion for supporting others to thrive
• A deep understanding of Te Ao Māori, or a sincere commitment to learning and integrating Māori worldviews into your practice
• Confidence managing relationships, working across sites, and leading with empathy and professionalism
• Day use of a pool car is provided for travel between South and Central Auckland sites.
