Our client—an established provider of specialised workplace health and risk-management services - is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Auckland team.

The Role

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new B2B opportunities across a range of industries
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships through trust, communication, and consistent follow-through
  • Manage longer sales cycles with professionalism, patience, and commercial insight
  • Provide ongoing account management and customer service that clients value
  • Present solutions clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare accurate proposals, agreements, and documentation with strong attention to detail

The Successful Candidate

  • Proven business development experience - comfortable driving the full sales cycle
  • Strength in B2B sales environments, ideally with longer decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence drafting service agreements
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Technical aptitude to quickly understand the service offering
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a bonus with this role
