The Role
- Identify, pursue, and convert new B2B opportunities across a range of industries
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through trust, communication, and consistent follow-through
- Manage longer sales cycles with professionalism, patience, and commercial insight
- Provide ongoing account management and customer service that clients value
- Present solutions clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare accurate proposals, agreements, and documentation with strong attention to detail
The Successful Candidate
- Proven business development experience - comfortable driving the full sales cycle
- Strength in B2B sales environments, ideally with longer decision-making processes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidence drafting service agreements
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand the service offering
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a bonus with this role
