We're looking for a super organised and positive Receptionist / Recruitment Administrator to join our awesome team in Newmarket!
The Role
Your role will be varied and fast-paced, with plenty of different tasks to keep you busy and involved. You’ll be helping out with everything from candidate admin to supporting payroll, and even helping organise company events. Here’s a look at your day-to-day:
- Reception & Meet & Greet: Be the friendly face of the office, welcoming visitors and answering the phone
- Timesheet Support: Assist candidates with processing electronic timesheets each week
- Candidate Docs: Help verify candidate documents and work compliance and onboarding of new candidates
- Candidate Care: Assisting with candidate queries
- Team Involvement: Take part in team meetings and contribute ideas
- Social Media & Marketing: Help with our social media by posting updates, newsletters, and engaging on Facebook and LinkedIn
- Event Planning: Organise company events, including booking venues, catering, and sending out invites
- Projects: Help out with various projects and any other adminsitrative tasks as required
The Successful Candidate
- You’re organised, reliable, and love to get things done
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Good with technology – including MS office Word, Excel and Outlook and confidence in picking up new systems
- A proactive attitude – you’ll take the initiative and jump in to help out wherever needed
- Previous adminsitration/reception experience is preferred
- Exposure to recruitment an avantage
