We are looking for skilled medical administrators available for casual/temporary work in  Central Aucland!

No two days are the same as a ward clerk - this is an exciting and challenging role that will keep you on your toes. As a casual you will help out with sick/annual leave/maternity leave cover etc, with the potential for ongoing work. 

Assignments range from short-notice sick leave cover to longer assignments. Part and full time options can be available.

We have a great pool of ward clerks who are sent out on assignment to a range of different wards, and who have become well-known faces around the hospitals.

FREE training on hospital systems provided!

About you:

• Administration/clerical experience
• Ideally some experience working in healthcare
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Motivated and helpful attitude
• Keen on casual shifts as required

About the role:

• Fast paced administrative and patient support duties
• Answering phones 
• Preparation of patient notes and handover
• Mostly morning shifts (7am - 3:30pm) 
• Potential for growth, as you become more experience more shifts ar likely to be available
