What you’ll do:

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators, building capability across the team.

• Act as a trusted advisor to diverse stakeholders, providing strategic insight and decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in senior project management roles, ideally in government or complex organisations.

• Proven experience leading large delivery teams, even without formal reporting lines.

• Strong track record in SDLC delivery and managing multiple programs simultaneously.

• Strategic, proactive, and highly respected within your network.
