Our client is a pharmaceutical manufacturer of animal welfare products. As a global company with a presence across more than 100 countries they provide veterinarians, farmers and pet parents with an innovative and comprehensive product range.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join their team based in Te Rapa, Hamilton.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience to assist in managing quality systems including change control, investigations, CAPA, internal audits, quality management team, recall procedure, documentation control and good document standards. Candidates with strong quality management system experience from other industries will also be considered.
This position will be responsible for a variety of quality control functions including assisting in the management of:
- implementation and review for QA systems to meet regulatory, and GMP requirements.
- collation for QA systems ensuring systems follow a process, controlled by procedure, documented, and monitored
- document review of inwards goods and batch manufacturing records to ensure all appropriate documentation is present, accurate and compliant
- ensuring compliance with local regulatory and international standard requirements, and where identified as deficient, establish plans to remediate in an agreed timeframe
To be successful, you will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification coupled with solid QA experience (notably in QA systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
- A strong understanding of GMP, and ACVM standards
- Good communication skills
- The ability to be agile, adaptable and work at pace
