We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a high-performing shared support team, providing exceptional administrative and executive support to senior leaders.
This role requires a highly organised professional who can confidently manage multiple executive calendars, coordinate logistics, handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure leaders can focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple executives
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and executive logistics
- Prepare documentation, correspondence, and briefing materials
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation
- Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in executive support
- Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, professional, and adaptable under pressure
