With offices around the world, our client operates a boutique consultancy in the CBD of Auckland. Their team of approximately 30 employees love what they do! Most of them are long term employees who have enjoyed career development opportunities during their time with this sought after company. Due to a retirement, this position has come available for a new year start. As part of the business support team, your responsibilities will be varied and challenging, and will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintaining a welcoming reception area
- Managing office inventory and supplies
- Processing and reconciling creditor invoices and credit card statements
- Processing employee expense claims
- Email and phone correspondence
- Managing catering and staff social occasions
- General office support
To compliment this high performing team, you will be a friendly, process driven individual with strong communication and organisational skills. Your attention to detail will impress, as will your pragmatism, sense of humour and motivation. Past experience in a business aligned to consultancy engineering, building, architecture or resource management will be an advantage but is not essential.
