About the role

This role is fast-paced, social and diverse with a high degree of autonomy. If you have a passion for the equine industry and are an experienced marketing professional, this is a great opportunity to work in the heart of the industry.

A typical day

• Developing, maintaining and executing the marketing strategy for all channels & products
• Managing all sponsorships and external communication with key stakeholders
• Leading social media platforms, developing creative content including imagery and video
• Designing, managing and coordinating marketing collateral for products and promotions
• Coordinating activations and trade events from start to finish across New Zealand
• Attending various race meetings, dressage, showjumping and cross country events, horse sales and industry functions representing the Dunstan brand
• Maintaining excellent relationships with Territory Managers, sponsored riders / ambassadors and external clients to drive growth opportunities

• A skilled and experienced marketing professional
• A great attitude, paired with a natural ability to partner and collaborate with others
• Passionate, knowledgeable and experienced in the equine industry
• Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills, both internal & external
• Enjoy working outside the office and at times travelling New Zealand and offshore
• Ability to be a self-starter
• Highly developed social media skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
