The Role
You’re not just selling homes, you’re guiding clients through one of the most exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking) journeys of their lives. From the first conversation to the final contract, you’ll ensure every client feels understood, valued and thoroughly WOWED.

- Collaborate with the inhouse design and estimating teams to deliver accurate, inspiring and achievable solutions

- Keep your CRM sharp and detailed to power a stronger sales pipeline and elevate your results
- Build and nurture long-term relationships grounded in trust, integrity, and exceptional service

Who You Are
You are familiar with the construction industry and want to be part of a forward-thinking, design-led brand known for excellence in craftsmanship and client experience. You are commercially minded and confident in managing design discussions, budgets and contract presentations.
Additionally, you will be:
- Goal-driven, hungry, and maybe just a little competitive
- Comfortable with basic estimating, costing, and contract documentation
